Privacy policy

mySKhw is operated by the developer of mySKhw. You can contact us at support.myskhw@gmail.com. As of the effective date of this policy, mySKhw is not officially affiliated with Suankularb Wittayalai School.

• Your school Google account: name, school email address and profile picture, from Google sign-in.
• Your profile: language, date and time format.
• Your classes: which classes you are in and your role (student, student manager or teacher).
• What you post: items, descriptions, due dates, subjects and timetables you create for a class.
• Your progress: which items you checked off and when; personal due dates you set.
• Personal tasks you add for yourself.
• Reminder settings and, if you turn on notifications, a push address for each device.
• Calendar: a private calendar link token, and, if you connect Google Calendar, your Google email and an access token kept encrypted.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and time of request) kept for security and to limit abuse.

• To run the homework board for your class and show you what is due.
• To send reminders you asked for.
• To put your items into your calendar if you connected it.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for anything unrelated to mySKhw.

• Classmates see class items and anonymous progress only (for example "12 of 30 done"). They never see who finished an item, in what order, or when.
• Your class teachers can see which students have finished each item.
• Personal tasks and personal due dates are visible only to you.
• Admin/Staff can access data only to run and fix the service.

If you connect Google Calendar, mySKhw creates its own "mySKhw" calendar in your Google account and only adds, changes or removes events in that calendar. It cannot read your other calendars. Data received from Google is used only for this feature and is never sold or shared. mySKhw's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use these providers to run mySKhw. They process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase (database and sign-in), data stored in Singapore.
• Vercel (hosting).
• Google (sign-in and, if you choose, Google Calendar).
• Your browser's push service (for example Google or Apple) to deliver notifications.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, check-offs, personal tasks, settings and devices are deleted immediately. Items you posted for a class stay for that class without your name. Backups are removed within 7 days. Reminder logs are deleted after 30 days.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, and object to or limit how it is used. In the app you can:

• Download your data (Settings, Profile).
• Delete your account (Settings, Profile).
• Turn notifications off, disconnect Google Calendar, or reset your calendar link.

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited by database rules, and Google tokens are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

We will post changes here and update the effective date. For significant changes we will tell you in the app.
